Combat and Occupational Stress Control (COSC) units are responsible for preventing, identifying, and managing stress related issues among service members during training, deployment and combat operations. We provide mental health support, counseling and education to help maintain service members psychological resilience and readiness. Enabling services members quick return to duty when possible.
